The Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is a 13,573-square-foot, ever-changing natural display with five themes per year: holiday, Chinese New Year, spring, summer and fall.

Entertainment: Cirque du Soleil® weaves an aquatic tapestry of artistry, surrealism and theatrical romance in the timeless production, "O™." The cast of world-class acrobats, synchronized swimmers  and characters perform in, on, and above water to create a breathtaking experience in a theatre reminiscent of a European opera house.   "O" performs at 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays. There are no performances on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge: In addition to traditional raw fish preparations, Chef Akira Back creates a selection of innovative dishes inspired by his global travels and experiences working with industry greats, such as Nobu and Morimoto.

FIX: FIX combines fresh and exciting interpretations of American culinary classics in an innovative, organic setting. Its diverse clientele are treated to a true 21st-century experience.

The Buffet: The Buffet incorporates several live-action cooking stations and a level of food quality and presentation not currently experienced in Las Vegas. Guests may choose from the best of Italian, Japanese, Chinese, seafood and American cuisines, offered daily, or enjoy an exquisite champagne brunch on the weekend.

Café Bellagio: Café Bellagio presents menus featuring breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night supper selections that offer a wide range of dishes with new and exciting twists on café favorites.

Pool Café: Light American fare is yours to enjoy in the classic Mediterranean-infused setting of our Pools & Courtyards. It's a refreshing option for breakfast and lunchtime unwinding (seasonal).

Café Gelato: Casual fare featuring luscious Italian ice cream, pastries and smoothies.

Palio: The aroma of freshly brewed, fine coffee is sure to lure you into this charming café featuring soups, sandwiches and pastries from our award-winning pastry shop.
