How to get there: Kangaroo Island is located 15km from the shores of mainland Australia; hop on a charter airline, fly by private jet or helicopter or board the ferry to travel across to the Island. Southern Ocean Lodge is a 90 minute drive from the ferry terminal or 50 minutes from the airport, a helipad is available at the lodge.
