Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club
Noted golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. rose to new challenges when he carved the Chateau Whistler course right into the flank of Blackcomb Mountain. This course walked away with Golf Digest’s Best New Resort Course in Canada award when it opened and has garnered more than its fair share of awards. This 18-hole course offers a golf opportunity unmatched in the region. By allowing nature to dictate the path, the course traverses creeks, ponds, stands of ancient Douglas Firs and granite rock faces, which testify to the fact that this magnificent course closely follows the natural state of the rugged terrain. With elevation changes of more than 400 ft. overall, this is one course where you’ll be using your camera as much as your clubs.

Nicklaus North Golf Course
Nicklaus North is only the second Canadian course designed by Jack Nicklaus and, of the 150 courses he’s designed worldwide, this is the only course to which Jack has been compelled to add his name. Designed with an awareness and sensitivity towards the area’s natural habitat and nestled between Green Lake and the River of Golden Dreams, Nicklaus North features impressive glacial mountain views. Nicklaus North offers five sets of tees to give every level of golfer an ideal sense of challenge and enjoyment. The full-length driving range features grass tees and six target greens, perfect for improving shots of any length. A full-size chipping and putting green as well as a practice bunker to cover every aspect of the short game are also available.
