A Tale of Two Cities
Day 1 : UK - Toronto
Arrive in Toronto and you'll be transferred to your first hotel, the rest of the day is free to enjoy Toronto. Why not explore Toronto’s waterfront – one of North America’s largest recreational waterfronts, is a scenic backdrop for many popular and entertaining attractions including Ontario Place, SkyDome, the CN Tower, and the Toronto Islands. Downtown Toronto offers museums and art galleries galore including The Royal Ontario Museum, one of the top 10 museums in the world, the Art Gallery of Ontario (Canada’s oldest art gallery) and the Ontario Science Centre.
Day 2 : Toronto Free Day
Today is yours to explore this fascinating city. Toronto is home to a great theatre and night scene with many shows that would grace any Broadway or London stage and a selection of evening entertainment venues to suit all tastes. Foodies will be in heaven too; there’s more restaurants and eateries in Toronto than anywhere else in Canada. Whatever your favourite cuisine you are sure to find it here, or maybe you’ll adopt the “when in Rome” attitude and enjoy traditional Canadian or Ontario dishes.
Day 3 : Niagara Falls Excursion
Today enjoy a breath-taking full-day tour through the Niagara Peninsula to Niagara Falls, one of the great natural wonders of the world. You’ll get upclose to the thundering cascade of water as it drops over the edge on your included Hornblower Cruise (or Journey Behind the Falls if weather conditions prevent the boat sailing – normally before mid-May). Enjoy an included lunch overlooking Niagara Falls before free time in picture post card Niagara-on-the- Lake, runner up in the prettiest town in the world competition. The Niagara region is world famous for its wines, so there’s a winery tour and wine tasting included before returning to Toronto.
Day 4 : Toronto - Montréal
Today you will board the Via Rail and travel onward to Montréal, the rest of this evening is at your leisure.
Day 5 : Montréal
Today you will embark on a city tour, exploring the second largest French-speaking city in the world. Touring the downtown area you will see the Olympic Complex, charming Old Montréal, McGill University, the residential streets of Mount Royal and the bustling shopping streets. This evening is free to enjoy the Montréal night and dining scene.
Day 6 : Montréal Free Day
Today is yours to explore all Montréal has to offer - Discover hundreds of places of interest in Montréal including the Notre Dame Basilica located in Old Montréal.
Day 7-8 : Montréal - UK
Your holiday has come to an end, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight to the UK
