  1. Day 1

    Day 1 Calgary

    Arrive in Calgary and relax as you explore the city at leisure. Wander the shops of downtown or perhaps visit the site of the 1988 Winter Olympics.

  2. Day 2

    Calgary - Banff

    Journey to Kananaskis for an incredible helicopter flightseeing tour, before continuing to Banff for a sightseeing tour of Bow Falls, Lake Minnewanka, the Hoodoos. Ride the Banff Gondola for incredible panoramic views of the national park.

  3. Day 3

    Banff - Lake Louise

    Drive through picture-perfect Yoho National Park, via the Spiral Tunnels and Emerald Lake, to take in the beautiful scenery. Later, arrive at Lake Louise - the Jewel of the Rockies - with its turquoise water and view of the glacier. Explore the lake shore at leisure or perhaps enjoy afternoon tea with a view at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

  4. Day 4

    Lake Louise - Jasper

    Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Lake Louise and Banff National Parks, before stopping at the Athabasca Glacier for a ride on the Ice Explorer to learn more about its geographical features. Continue to Jasper and explore at leisure in the afternoon.

  5. Day 5

    Jasper National Park

    Jasper National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Canadian Rockies’ largest national park. Enjoy a scenic half-day tour of some of the park’s natural attractions and rugged peaks. Spend the reaminder of the day soaking up the beautiful surroundings.

  6. Day 6

    Rocky Mountaineer (Jasper - Kamloops)

    Board the Rocky Mountaineer early morning and enjoy breakfast as you pass by the Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Beyond Mount Robson Provincial Park, the train will follow the Thompson River through the snowy peaks of the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains and along rolling plateaux until it reaches the Kamloops in British Columbia’s interior.

  7. Day 7

    Kamloops - Vancouver

    Continue your journey west from Kamloops and travel further along the Thompson River to the Fraser Canyon. At Hell’s Gate you will pass through the walls of the canyon at its
    narrowest point - one of the canyon’s true natural treasures. When leaving the Fraser Canyon, the train will journey through the fertile Fraser Valley to the city of Vancouver, arriving early evening.
