To check your flight status or to amend your reservation please contact your airline locally. They will advise if your flight is operating as scheduled and will assist with any changes that may be required.
All airlines have local contact numbers in the country in which you are travelling. Hotel directories will list these or alternatively your hotel concierge will be able to help.
For all other arrangements - hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, etc. - please contact the supplier of the service in question. Their details are shown on your voucher. They will have details of your reservation and will be able to offer the assistance you require.
