We are looking for an experienced Canada & America Specialist to join our dedicated Reservations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable travel professional with a passion to create tailor-made, high-quality travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design bespoke travel itineraries, tailored to meet customer requirements, based on both phone and email enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by leveraging your in-depth product knowledge and sales abilities.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients and agents, ensuring clear communication throughout the entire booking process.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and attention to detail, ensuring each client’s expectations are exceeded.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Essential Skills and Experience:
• A strong background in travel, with specialised knowledge of Canada and the USA would be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, agents, and colleagues.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy.
• A driven approach to meeting sales targets, with the confidence to close sales and upsell effectively.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software to manage bookings, communications, and administrative tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time role, offering a hybrid work model from our Manchester office (M32).
