Day 1 : Ottawa
Arrive in Canada’s capital today. Make your way to your downtown hotel and check in for a 4-night stay.
Day 2 : Ottawa
Today a walking tour is included, taking you to the historical highlights of Ottawa. The capital is best explored on foot, as you join a private knowledgeable guide to discover the grounds of Parliament Hill, the National War Memorial, Sparks Street, Major’s Hill Park and the UNESCO Rideau Canal as well as the Prime Minister’s Offices. Day 3 : Ottawa
Ottawa is home to seven of Canada’s nine national museums, all of which are a haven for historical enthusiasts and culture lovers. Included today are admissions to both the National Gallery of Canada and the Canadian Museum of History. Appreciate the artistic treasures of Canada at the National Gallery with collections of Indigenous, Asian and International works, and venture to the Museum of History home to the world’s largest indoor collection of totem poles and exhibitions on the outstanding achievements of First Peoples.
Day 4 : Ottawa
Today is at leisure for you to explore. You may choose to start your day with breakfast at a cosy café in ByWard Market before strolling around the city. If conditions allow, perhaps try skating on the Rideau Canal Skateway – the world’s largest naturally frozen skating rink. The city will be alive with magical winter atmosphere during the annual Winterlude festival complete with ice carving exhibitions and snow sculptures.
Day 5 : Departure
Check out of your hotel and make your way to the airport for your departing flight.
