Day 1 : Depart UK
Depart the UK for Vancouver, on arrival collect your car and make your way to your downtown hotel for a 3 night stay.
Day 2-3 : Vancouver
Surrounded by mountains and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Vancouver is a beautiful city to explore. Enjoy whale watching trips on Howe Sound, explore Granville Island, or historic Gastown or spend time in Stanley Park, walk or cycle the Seawall and take in the views.
Day 4-5 : Sunshine Coast
Take the first of your ferry crossings today as you depart Vancouver for the beautiful Sunshine Coast. You have 2 nights to enjoy the laid back and relaxed charm of the area. Explore local art galleries or enjoy peaceful paddles on the calm waters of the Salish Sea.
Day 6 : Vancouver Island
Today, cross to Vancouver Island for the next leg of your adventure.
Day 7 : Ucluelet
Journey across the island to Ucluelet, a charming village on the west coast home to the Pacific Rim National Trail and windswept beaches of the Pacific Rim National Park.
Day 8 : Ucluelet
Spend today hiking the coastal trails, or head out on a boat tour to spot humpbacks and orcas or bears foraging along the shoreline.
Day 9-10 : Pender Island
Take the short ferry crossing to one of the Gulf Islands, Pender Island, a nature lovers dream with peaceful beaches, and thick forests. Enjoy a 2 night stay.
Day 12-13 : Sooke
Cross back onto Vancouver Island and head for Sooke on its southern most tip. You have 2 nights here to enjoy the walking trails, and coastal scenery. This is also a great spot for whale watching between May and October.
Day 14 : Depart
A full day to enjoy Tofino. You can choose either a Coastal Bear Watch Cruise or a Whale Watching Cruise.
