Day 1 : UK - Fairbanks

Arrive in Fairbanks this evening, known as Alaska’s Golden Heart and Gateway to the Arctic. Make your way to your hotel for a 1-night stay.

Day 2 : Denali National Park

Depart by coach this morning to Denali National Park. The scenic journey takes you through the changing landscapes of Alaska as you approach Denali National Park, with its dramatic mountain range and spectacular forest and rivers. A Denali Natural History tour is also included today, as you journey into the park with fascinating commentary of the natural and cultural history of this region. Tonight spend the evening at your hotel -  the Holland America Denali Lodge.

Day 3 : Anchorage

Leave the wilderness behind and continue your journey south aboard Holland America’s McKinley Explorer train. Watch the scenery unfold from the train’s huge windows as you follow forests, rivers, valleys and the foothills of the Alaksa Range. Arrive in Anchorage, Alaska’s largest city, where you will check into your hotel for the night.

Day 4 : Whittier

Your scenic transfer today takes you by coach to Whittier, the gateway to your Holland America cruise. Arriving in Whittier, make your way to the cruise terminal to board as the landscape changes again to spectacular glaciers, fjords and the Inside Passage.

Day 5-10 : Holland America Line Cruise

On your 7-night sailing to Vancouver, you’ll cruise the Hubbard Glacier and Glacier Bay, visit Skagway and explore its goldrush history, and visit the charming Juneau and Ketchikan. On days at sea, indulge in the excellent facilities on board, and unwind as you pass icebergs, fjords and catch a glimpse of Alaska’s wildlife.

Day 11 : Vancouver

Arrive in Vancouver and disembark. Make your way to your downtown hotel for a 2-night stay. Spend the rest of the evening exploring Vancouver’s restaurants and bars, or take a walk on the Seawall or through Stanley Park.

Day 12 : Vancouver

Today is free for you to discover more of Vancouver. Taste your way through Granville Island’s vendors, or visit Grouse Mountain or Capilano Suspension Bridge, just outside the city.

Day 13 : Honolulu

Make your way to Vancouver Airport ahead of your flight to Honolulu. On arrival at your Waikiki hotel, check in for a 4-night stay.

Day 14 : Honolulu

Today is free for you to enjoy all that Honolulu has to offer. Relax at the iconic Waikiki Beach, visit the famous Pearl Harbor memorial or sample some Hawaiian cuisine.

Day 15 : Honolulu

Snorkel in Hawaii’s azure waters today on a snorkel sail lunch cruise. Set sail from Waikiki as you prepare to swim amongst colourful fish and sea turtles to experience the wonders of these Pacific islands from the water.

Day 16 : Honolulu

Spend the day at leisure in Honolulu soaking up the last of the Hawaiian sun.

Day 17 : Departure

Make your way to the airport ahead of your departing flight as your journey through the lands of fire and ice comes to an end.
