Day 1 : UK - Vancouver

Arrive in Vancouver and make your own way to your downtown hotel for a 2-night stay.

Day 2 : Vancouver

Explore the Mile High City today, the perfect blend of city energy and mountain charm.

Day 3 : Klahoose Wilderness Resort

Collect your car hire this morning and board the ferry from Horseshoe Bay to the Sunshine Coast. Arrive in Lund, where you will be transferred by boat to Klahoose Wilderness Resort for your 3-night stay. You’ll be welcomed with a traditional Klahoose song before settling into your accommodations. Take time to explore the lodge and its amenities before enjoying a chef-prepared dinner. Evening cultural activities are included each night after dinner

Day 4-5 : Klahoose Wilderness Resort

Each day offers a blend of guided excursions and self-paced activities in the heart of Desolation Sound. Enjoy two grizzly bear viewing tours in Toba Inlet (6 hours per tour), with 2-3 hours of guided on-land viewing from platforms as bear feed on salmon. After dinner each night, enjoy evening cultural activities, such as storytelling, cedar weaving, wood carving and a final-night cedar brushing-off ceremony. Self-guided activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, nature hikes, ocean swimming, and sauna use are available throughout your stay.

Day 6 : Campbell River

Leave Klahoose today and take the ferry to Vancouver Island where you’ll arrive in Nanaimo. Drive to Campbell River where you’ll spend the next 2 nights.

Day 7 : Campbell River

Today a whale watching excursion is included. Enjoy an unforgettable small group whale watching marine adventure with an experienced marine wildlife guide. Modern and comfortable boats ensure that you can safely enjoy passage in the Salish Sea in search of humpbacks, orcas, dolphins, sea lions, other marine mammals, and a variety of sea birds in their natural habitat

Day 8 : Tofino

Drive to the west coast of the island where you’ll arrive in Tofino for the next 2 nights. A small community characterised by wild natural scenery including lakes, inlets and ancient rainforest.

Day 9 : Tofino

Journey into the heart of Ahousaht as you cruise the breathtaking inlets of Clayoquot Sound, spotting coastal wildlife before a scenic boardwalk hike through ancient rainforest to the secluded hot springs. Unwind with a rejuvenating soak in the mineral-rich waters embracing optional hot-and-cold ocean therapy, while learning the rich cultural history and enduring significance of Hot Springs Cove to the Ahousaht Nation.

Day 10 : Victoria

Drive south to Victoria today passing through the Cowichan Valley where you may wish to stop and sample some of the region’s wines at several cellar doors. Arrive in Victoria later for 2 nights.

Day 11 : Victoria

Today is a free day in Victoria for you to explore. Victoria blends old-world charm with stunning coastal scenery, offering a vibrant Inner Harbour, historic architecture, and beautifully manicured gardens. From afternoon tea at the iconic Fairmont Empress to whale watching and oceanfront strolls, the city delivers a perfect mix of culture, cuisine, and natural beauty.

Day 12 : Vancouver departure

Take the ferry back to the mainland today where you will return your car at Vancouver Airport ahead of your departure.
