Job Title: Quality Executive 

Location: Hybrid/ remote based on a radius policy (Manchester, M32)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Dependent on experience

We are looking for a Quality Executive to join our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Check all bookings before confirmation, invoicing, and ticketing.
  • Produce accurate booking confirmations, invoices, and travel documents.
  • Work with the team to resolve any booking queries and/or documentation errors.
  • Support the Customer Service team as and when required to help with any issues, travel queries (Post Travel).
  • Help improve quality control processes and the overall customer journey.
